What information you can enter on this Retail Store Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints at the top. The sample uses a cloud wordmark.
- Store Store name, street, one city and state line, date, and time. The heading “Sales receipt” is fixed.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The receipt prints the description, the quantity, and quantity times price. A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line sit with the fields. The plus control adds a second tax label and percent. The card line is labeled Credit card. Five font styles sit above the fields. The euro checkbox switches the decimal to a comma.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is a logo, then “Sales receipt,” the store name, and the date and time. Street and city follow when you enter them. Ticket, “Front register,” and an employee name come next. Item lines show a description, a quantity, and an amount. Subtotal, tax, and total follow. Credit card, the payment text, an EMV amount, an approval number, and an id number sit on the right. A return-policy block closes the slip: no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise, and a 7-day line.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of quantity times price. Choose No tax and that tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. A second label does the same with its own percent, and both are added. Ticket, employee, approval, and id are filled in. Front register and the return-policy words are fixed.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo if you want one, then enter the store name, address, and city and state.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price. Choose a tax label and percent, or choose No tax.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
