What information you can enter on this Big Box Store Receipt2 Generator template:

• Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints in gray at the top.
• Store Store name, street, one city and state line, phone, date, and time, and a note. The phone and the note print. A store number and a transaction code are not on this form, so the ST# and the TC line stay blank.
• Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. A quantity of 1 prints the description and the amount. A larger quantity also prints how many at the unit price. A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line sit with the fields. The plus control adds a second tax label and percent. Five font styles sit above the fields. How the sample is arranged

Under the logo are the phone, the store, the street, and the city. A store, operator, terminal, and transaction line follows. The store number is blank. Operator, terminal, and transaction are filled in. Item lines sit above subtotal, tax, total, and a tend line that repeats the total. The tend label is fixed. Account, approval, reference, transaction, validation, payment service, and terminal lines follow. Date and time, an item count, a TC line, a barcode, your note, the date and time again, and a QR code close the slip. The QR code is the same picture on every receipt.

How the amounts are worked out

The subtotal is the sum of quantity times price. Choose No tax and that tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. A second label does the same with its own percent, and both are added. The item count is the sum of the quantities. Approval and the other codes are filled in. The barcode uses the transaction code this form does not collect, so it stays blank.

How to make this receipt

1. Upload a logo if you want one, then enter the store name, phone, address, and city and state.
2. Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price. Choose a tax label and percent, or choose No tax.
3. Type the payment line and a note if you want one, then download the JPG or PDF.
