What information you can enter on this Credit Card Receipt Generator template:
- Business Business name, street, and one city and state line, plus date and time. There is no phone field. The city and state print on their own line under the street.
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. That line prints after “Card #:”. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is left aligned and in capitals. Business, street, and city come first, then date and time, a transaction code, and an auth code. The card line follows. Subtotal and amount match, then tax, total, a zero balance, and Please come again.
How the amounts are worked out
Subtotal and the amount line are the figure you type. Choose No tax, or leave the percent at 0, and that tax stays off the total. The tax label still prints. Any other label adds that percent. The balance is always 0.00. Transaction and auth codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name, address, and city and state.
- Type the amount and a tax label and percent, or choose No tax.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
