What information you can enter on this Square Style Receipt Generator template:
- Business Business name, street, city and state, date, and time. The name prints in the header. The street is not printed. City and state print at the bottom under “Visit us in.”
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. The printed total is the amount you type. The tax percent is not added. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample has a dark header with a shop mark and the business name. Date and time sit under it, then a large amount. A receipt number is on the right. Custom amount and total match. The payment line is under the total. A dark band sits above “Visit us in” and the city and state.
How the amounts are worked out
Custom amount and total are both the amount you type. A receipt number is filled in. The shop mark is part of this layout. It is not a logo you upload.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name and the city and state you want under Visit us in.
- Type the amount and the payment line.
- Make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Questions
Why does the sample show a phone number at the bottom?
That line is the city and state field. The sample was filled with a phone number. This form has no phone field.
