What information you can enter on this Coffee Shop Receipt Generator template:
- Shop Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. A store number, check number, drawer, and register are filled in.
- Drinks Each line has a quantity, a description, and an amount. The receipt prints the description and that amount. It adds the amounts together and does not multiply by quantity.
- Money A currency symbol, one tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample puts the shop and address on the left and a store number on the right. A check number, date, time, drawer, and register sit under a dashed line. Drink lines follow, then the payment line, subtotal, tax, total, and change due. Date and time repeat at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of the line amounts. Choose No tax, or leave the percent at 0, and tax stays off the total. Any other label adds that percent. Change due is printed as 0.00.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the shop name, address, and city and state.
- Add each drink or add-on with a description and an amount.
- Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
