What information you can enter on this Drug Pharmacy Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints in gray at the top. The sample uses a pill mark.
- Store Store name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time are on the form. This receipt does not print them.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The printed amount is quantity times price. A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line sit with the fields. Five font styles sit above the fields. The euro checkbox switches the decimal to a comma.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is a logo, then two rows of short codes and an RNF number. Item lines show a quantity, a description, an amount, and either SALE or BGLP. Subtotal, a tax line, and the total follow. The total prints again, then an account line, change of 0.00, and your total savings. The sample shows a card brand beside the second total. This form has no card-brand field, so that spot stays blank. The payment text prints on the account line.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of quantity times price. The tax line uses the percent you type. Choosing No tax does not remove it, and the label you pick is not the one that prints. The line reads A= and the percent. SALE or BGLP is chosen for you on each line. Change is 0.00. The savings figure is a portion of the total, filled in. It is not a discount you type. The short codes and the RNF number are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo if you want one.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price, and type a tax percent.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Questions
Why is tax still there when I choose No tax?
This receipt uses the percent and does not use the tax label. No tax leaves the line in place.
