What information you can enter on this Business Logo Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo. It is placed at the top of the slip and printed in gray. The sample shows a placeholder that says “Your Logo Here.”
- Business Business name, street address, one city and state line, date, and time. There is no phone field.
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample puts the logo first, then the business, street, and city. Date and time share a line, followed by the word Sale, the amount, tax, and total. Under that are the payment line, an auth number with an approval code, the word Approved, and Customer copy.
How the amounts are worked out
Tax is the amount times the percent you enter, and the total adds that tax. An auth number and approval code are filled in. They are not fields on the form.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo, then enter the business name, address, and city and state.
- Type the amount and a tax percent.
- Type how it was paid, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
