Shipping Mailing Receipt Generator

What information you can enter on this Shipping Mailing Receipt Generator template:

• Counter Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. A custom-text field prints as the note under the city. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it.
• Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The line on the receipt is quantity times price, with the description underneath. Extra codes on the line are filled in.
• Money A currency symbol, one tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.

How the sample is arranged

The sample shows the shop, street, and city, then a two-line note, a barcode, and two item rows with codes and a “To” amount. Subtotal, tax, total, and the payment word follow, then a receipt id, an item count, and register-style codes.

How the amounts are worked out

Each line total is quantity times price, and the subtotal adds those line totals. Choose No tax and the tax amount stays off the tax line. Any other label adds that percent. The payment line repeats the grand total next to the payment word you typed. The barcode, receipt id, and line codes are filled in.

How to make this receipt

1. Enter the counter name, address, and city and state, and a short note if you want one.
2. Add each item with a quantity, description, and price.
3. Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment word, then download the JPG or PDF.

Membership and download

This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
