What information you can enter on this Grocery Market Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints in gray at the top. The sample uses a cart.
- Store Store name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. A note you type prints at the bottom.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The description is cut at 20 characters. The printed amount is quantity times price. A currency symbol and a payment line sit with the fields. A tax label and percent are on the form. They are not printed, and they do not change the total. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top: logo, store, street, and city. Item lines show a quantity, a short description, and an amount. Subtotal, total, and purchase match. The payment text follows, then an auth number, a masked expiry, a lane, a cashier, the date and time, and a reference number. Merchant, terminal, and sequence lines are filled in. An item count and a short name close the slip, then your note.
How the amounts are worked out
Subtotal and total are the sum of quantity times price. Expiry prints as **/**. Terminal is 001 and IC=CC on every receipt. Auth, lane, cashier, and the other codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo if you want one, then enter the store name and address.
- Add each item with a quantity, a short description, and a price.
- Type a payment line and a note if you want one, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
