What information you can enter on this Credit Card Generator template:
- Business Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. The phone prints under the city when you enter one.
- Payment One amount, a currency symbol, and a payment line you type. That line prints in capitals, above a masked card row and the word Swiped. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered. Business, street, and city come first, then a terminal id and a merchant number. The payment name sits above a row of asterisks and Swiped. Date and time share a line with a batch code and an invoice code. Subtotal, tax, and total follow, and Customer copy is at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the amount you type. There is no tax field, and the tax line still prints at 0.00, so the total matches the amount. Terminal, merchant, batch, and invoice numbers are filled in. Swiped is fixed text.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name, address, city and state, and phone.
- Type the amount and how it was paid.
- Make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Can I set the tax?
No. This form has no tax label or percent. The tax line stays at 0.00.
