What information you can enter on this Customer Copy Generator template:
- Business Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. The phone prints under the city when you enter one.
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. You can add a second tax label and percent. The payment line prints as the card number. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top, then splits into label and value columns. Credit card and Sale are centered. Card number, sequence, batch, invoice, approval code, entry method, mode, and card code follow. Subtotal, tax, and sale amount sit above Customer copy.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the amount you type. Choose No tax and that tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. A second tax row, if you add one, prints as its own line and is included in the sale amount. Sequence, batch, invoice, and approval numbers are filled in. Entry method is always Swiped, mode is always Debit/Credit, and the card code is always A.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name, address, city and state, and phone.
- Type the amount, a tax label and percent, and the payment line.
- Make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
