What information you can enter on this Entertainment Receipt Generator template:
- Business Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. The phone prints under the city.
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. The payment line prints after “Acct #”. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is headed Transaction record. Business, street, city, and phone are centered, then the word Sale. Date and time share a line with the account text. A trace number and other codes follow. Sale and total sit on the right. The bottom band says approved, thank you, and pin verified, then a note to retain the copy.
How the amounts are worked out
The sale figure is the amount you type. Tax is that amount times the percent unless the label is No tax, and the total includes it. The trace number is filled in. “Pin verified” is fixed text on the slip. It is not a check you complete.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name, address, city and state, and phone.
- Type the amount, a tax label and percent, and the payment line.
- Make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Questions
Does pin verified mean a card was checked?
No. That line is printed on every receipt from this template.
