One fuel sale: the station, the quantity, the price per gallon or liter, and the tax. No item list and no logo.
The sample is a centered slip. The station name, street, city and state, and phone sit at the top. Under a dashed line are the date, time, a pump number, and a transaction number. A Details block lists the price per gallon or liter, the quantity, and the fuel total. Below that are the grade line, the tax line, the payment line, a zero balance, and “Thank you for visiting” with the station name again.
The fuel total is quantity times the price per unit. Quantity prints with four decimal places. Money prints with two. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other tax label adds that percent of the fuel total, then the payment line shows the combined amount. The balance is always printed as 0.00. The pump number and transaction number are filled in for you; they are not fields on the form. A second tax row can appear on the form, but this receipt prints only the first label and rate.
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
No. The receipt prints a pump number and a transaction number. You do not type them.
It leaves the tax line off. The payment line then matches the fuel total.
