What information you can enter on this Fuel Gas Receipt Generator template:
- Station Station name, street, and one city and state line, plus date and time. There is no phone field.
- Fuel Quantity, Gallons or Liters, price per unit, and a grade: Regular, Unlead, Premium, or Diesel. The grade prints as the short code, such as REG.
- Money A currency symbol, one tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is left aligned. Station, street, and city come first, then date and time. A station number is filled in, then the pump number and the quantity, then the grade and price per gallon or liter. Subtotal, tax, and total follow, then the payment line, an auth number, and Customer copy.
How the amounts are worked out
The fuel total is quantity times the price per unit. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. The station number, pump number, and auth number are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the station name, address, and city and state.
- Choose gallons or liters, the quantity, the price per unit, and the grade.
- Pick a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
