What information you can enter on this Petro Fuel Receipt Generator template:
- Station Station name, street, city and state, and phone. All four print in capitals. Date and time share a line.
- Fuel Quantity, Gallons or Liters, price per unit, and a grade: Regular, Unlead, Premium, or Diesel. The quantity row is always labeled Liter, and the price row is always labeled Harga/liter and marked Rp. The currency you pick does not change those two labels.
- Tax A tax label and percent are on the form. This slip does not print a separate tax line, and the total shown is quantity times the price per unit. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is a narrow slip. Station, street, city, and phone come first, then date and time. A ruled block lists pump numbers, a note number, the grade, the quantity, the price, and the total. An operator number and the line “Terminakasih dan Selamat jalan” close it.
How the amounts are worked out
The printed total is quantity times the price per unit, with three decimal places. Pump numbers, the note number, and the operator number are filled in.
How to make this receipt

Membership and download
