What information you can enter on this Fuel Station Receipt Generator template:
- Station Station name, street, city and state, and phone. The phone prints when you enter one. Date and time are separate fields and print at the bottom.
- Fuel Quantity, Gallons or Liters, price per unit, and a grade: Regular, Unlead, Premium, or Diesel. They print together on one line, such as 16.000 REG @ 3.865 / GAL.
- Payment A payment line you type. It prints after “Card swiped#XXXX”. A tax label and percent are on the form. This slip does not print a tax line, and the total stays the fuel amount. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample starts with the station name, a transaction code, and an auth code, then the street and city. One fuel line shows the quantity, grade, and price per unit. Subtotal and total match. A card-swiped line and “Payment complete” follow. Date and time are at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
The fuel total is quantity times the price per unit. Subtotal and total both use that amount. Transaction and auth codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the station name, address, city and state, and phone.
- Choose gallons or liters, the quantity, the price per unit, and the grade.
- Type how it was paid, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
