What information you can enter on this Store POS Receipt Generator template:
- Store Store name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. A tab number and a host name are filled in.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The price prints as the line amount. It is not multiplied by the quantity.
- Money A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top: store, street, and city, then date and time. A tab number and a host name share a line, then the payment line. Quantity, description, and amount head the item list. The amount with tax prints first, then the subtotal, tax, and a balance that matches that amount. A barcode is at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of the prices you type. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. The first amount and the balance are that total. The host name, tab number, and barcode are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the store name, address, and city and state.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
- Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
