Create a receipt for a restaurant, café, diner, or bar. List each dish or drink with a quantity and a price, add the tax, and show how the guest paid. Choose a template below to begin.
A small restaurant, café, or food counter needs a receipt when a guest pays and wants a copy of the meal. These templates are built for that: the restaurant name at the top, the food in the middle, and the total at the bottom.
Itemized templates take a quantity, an item name, and a price for every line — a coffee, an entrée, a side, a dessert. MakeReceipt adds those lines into the subtotal.
Some layouts use a single meal amount instead of a list. That fits a short counter ticket when the guest does not need every item printed.
Label it tax, VAT, GST, or sales tax, then enter the rate. The receipt shows that amount and the total due.
Record cash, Visa, Mastercard, or another payment, with the date and time of the meal. Signature layouts leave a line for the guest to sign, and several print a tip line on the slip.
A full list of food and drinks, with the restaurant address and phone under the name. Use these when the guest ordered more than one item.
Counter-style receipts that can carry the restaurant logo above the order. Useful for a branded ticket at the window or the register.
A customer copy that leaves room for a tip and a signature, then shows the payment method under the meal.
Also make Fuel receipts, Taxi receipts, or Sales receipts.
