Restaurant Receipt Generator

What information you can enter on this Restaurant Receipt Generator template:

• Restaurant Restaurant name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it.
• Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. Both the quantity and the price print. The price is not multiplied by the quantity.
• Money A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.

How the sample is arranged

The sample is left aligned. Name, street, and city come first, then Sale, date, and time. A batch number, an approval number, and Trace #: 9 follow, then the payment line. Item lines show a quantity, a description, and a price. Subtotal, tax, and total come next. A tip line and a second total are blank underlines. Approved, thank you, and customer copy close the slip.

How the amounts are worked out

The subtotal is the sum of the prices you type. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. The blank tip line is not calculated. Trace #: 9 is fixed. The batch and approval numbers are filled in.

How to make this receipt

1. Enter the restaurant name, address, and city and state.
2. Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
3. Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.

Membership and download

This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
