What information you can enter on this Meal Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints in gray between the payment line and the price. The sample shows a restaurant mark.
- Restaurant Restaurant name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it.
- Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. The extra line on the slip is always labeled Tip, even if you pick another tax label. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered. Name, street, and city sit above Sale. Date and time are on the left, with a TRANS code and an AUTH code on the right. The payment line follows, then the logo. Price, subtotal, tip, and total are at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
Price and subtotal are the amount you type. Choose No tax, or leave the percent at 0, and the tip amount stays 0.00. Any other label adds that percent. The tip row keeps the word Tip. TRANS and AUTH codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo if you want one, then enter the restaurant name and address.
- Type the amount and a percent, or choose No tax.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
