A short item list. Each printed amount is the price you type, not quantity times price. No logo.
Enter Receipt Details
What information you can enter on this Simple Itemized Generator template:
- Place Business name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. A server name and a table number are filled in.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The quantity and the price both print. The price is not multiplied.
- Money A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top: name, street, and city, then date and time and a server line. Item lines follow. The payment line sits above subtotal, tax, and total. Thank you is at the bottom.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of the prices you type. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label adds that percent. The server name and table number are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the business name, address, and city and state.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
- Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
