What information you can enter on this Restaurant Receipt Tip Generator template:

• Restaurant Restaurant name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. The city and state print under the street.
• Money One amount, a currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. The payment line prints as the account number. The tax percent is not printed. Tip and the second total are blank lines. Five font styles sit above the fields.

How the sample is arranged

The sample is centered at the top: name, street, and city. A list follows: date and time, card type, account, card entry, transaction type, a transaction key, an auth code, a check number, a check id, and a server line. The subtotal is the amount. A blank tip line and a blank total sit above customer copy.

How the amounts are worked out

The subtotal is the amount you type. The tip line and the total under it are blank. They are not calculated. Card entry is always Swiped, and the transaction type is always Purchase. The transaction key, auth code, check numbers, and server name are filled in.

How to make this receipt

1. Enter the restaurant name, address, and city and state.
2. Type the amount and the payment line.
3. Make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF. The tip line is left blank.

Membership and download

This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Does the tax percent change this receipt?

No. The tax label and percent are on the form. This slip prints the amount as the subtotal and leaves the tip and total blank.
