What information you can enter on this Transportation Receipt Generator template:
- Company Company name, street address, one city and state line, phone, date, and time. The phone field is on the form. This receipt does not print it. The street and the city print under the company name.
- Fare One amount and a currency symbol. There is no list of charges.
- Money A tax label and percent, and a payment line you type, such as VISA. Five font styles sit above the fields. Amounts use a period. The euro checkbox is on the form and does not change that.
How the sample is arranged
The sample puts the company, street, and city at the top. Date and time sit on the left, and the fare sits on the right with a transaction code and an auth code under it. A round taxi mark is in the middle. Below that are a tax line, the payment line, the words ICC, APPROVED, and S819, then “Thank you” and “Customer copy.”
How the amounts are worked out
Choose No tax, or leave the percent at 0, and the fare is the total. Any other label adds that percent of the fare. The tax line prints the tax label and the total again, not a separate tax amount. The transaction code and auth code are filled in. ICC, APPROVED, and S819 are fixed text. The taxi mark is part of this layout. It is not a logo you upload.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the company name, address, and city and state.
- Type the fare and choose a tax label and percent, or choose No tax.
- Type how it was paid, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
