What information you can enter on this Transportation Taxi Generator template:
- Company Company name, street, and one city and state line, plus date and time. There is no phone field. The name also prints once at the top.
- Charges Each line has a quantity, a description, and an amount. Add more lines with the plus control. The receipt prints the description and the amount. It does not print the quantity, and it does not multiply by it.
- Money A currency symbol, one tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. There is no separate fare field. Five font styles sit above the fields. Amounts use a period. The euro checkbox is on the form and does not change that.
How the sample is arranged
The sample shows a large total, two charge lines, then subtotal, tax, and total. Under that it repeats the company, the street, the city, the card line, and the date and time, with #A129 at the right. The picture’s subtotal matches the two charge lines. The receipt you generate prints your descriptions and amounts, then a subtotal, a tax line, and a total that are not the sum of those lines.
How the amounts are worked out
The large total, the subtotal, and the tax are based on a single amount. This form does not have that amount field, so those figures stay at 0.00. The charge lines still print the amounts you type. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label prints a tax line from that missing amount, which stays 0.00. #A129 is fixed text. There is no card-brand selector on this form.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the company name, address, and city and state.
- Add each charge with a description and an amount. Use the plus control for another line.
- Choose a tax label, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Questions
Why is the large total 0.00 when my lines have amounts?
The total and the subtotal do not add the lines. They use an amount field this form does not show. The lines themselves still print.
