What information you can enter on this Itemized Restaurant Copy Generator template:
- Restaurant Restaurant name, street, city and state, phone, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. Clerk is a label with no name beside it.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The quantity and the price both print. The price is not multiplied. A tax label and percent are on the form. They are not printed, and they do not change the total. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top: name, street, and city. Copy receipt and Clerk follow. Item lines show a quantity, a description, and a price. A count of the quantities sits under a dashed line, then the total and the payment line with the same amount. Date, time, and two short codes follow. Copy receipt and thank you close the slip.
How the amounts are worked out
The total is the sum of the prices you type. The count is the sum of the quantities. The two short codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Enter the restaurant name, address, and city and state.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
