Restaurant Signature Generator

What information you can enter on this Restaurant Signature Generator template:

• Restaurant Restaurant name, street, city and state, and phone. The phone prints under the city when you enter one. A server number is filled in.
• Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The printed amount is quantity times price.
• Money A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. You can add a second tax row. Five font styles sit above the fields.

How the sample is arranged

The sample is centered. Name, street, city, and phone come first, then a server number, the time, and the date. Sale, the payment line, and card lines follow. Item lines sit above tax and the amount. A blank tip line and a blank total come next, then tip suggestions of 15, 18, and 20 percent, a signature line, and customer copy.

How the amounts are worked out

The amount is the sum of quantity times price, plus tax. The suggested tips are 15, 18, and 20 percent of the item subtotal. They are not added into the amount. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. The amount can still include that percent. Leave the percent at 0 if the amount should match the item total. Card present and Card entry swipe/chip are fixed text. The blank signature line is not a signature you upload.

How to make this receipt

1. Enter the restaurant name, address, city and state, and phone.
2. Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
3. Set the tax percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.

Membership and download

This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.

Questions

Can I type the line under the restaurant name that the sample shows?

No. That sample has an extra line this form does not print. The name, street, city, and phone are the header fields.
